In this unit we are learning to cook. Everyone knows (more or less) how to cook Spanish omelette. But do you have special tips to prepare it? Please share your secret recipe with your classmates.

INGREDIENTS 8 potatoes 4 eggs a quart of orion oil salt
RECIPE First, we heat the oil in the frying pan, next we peel the eight potatoes and we slice it. We add the orion and salt and we fry everything in the frying pan. we beat the four eggs and we add it at the mix. Now, we stir everything and spin it until it's done. Jorge Mayordomo
My secret recipe:when you beat the eggs, add some milk and a mix the ingredients very well.So the omelette wiil be softer.Always that you eat Spanish omelette , eat a tomato salad at the same time too.
